Abhilash Lal – Executive Member

 

Abhilash is an independent consultant and PE investor in the fields of BFSI, infrastructure, consumer and green tech. He is also on the Board of 4 companies and involved in the strategic growth of these companies.

Abhilash has over 27 years of experience in financial services, consulting  and investing. He is also experienced in all aspects of financial services and asset classes including outsourcing and real estate with leading international organizations.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and has an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. 

Abhilash’s forte has been turning around and scaling up underperforming and nascent units through a combination of business restructuring and HR skills. In addition to working extensively with MCap portfolio companies, he has also successfully conceptualised, set up and run several business units.
