Arvind Dev – Executive Member

​

Arvind Dev is a product of Modern School, St Stephen’s College, IIM Ahmedabad. He runs SSJ Solutions, a leading Executive Search firm, which works with varied clients across segments. He has worked with C-level executives in India, US, UK and middle-East. He was a Manager with SBI for eight years before his MBA and has hands-on people management and managerial experience. He has recruited more than 5000 middle and senior managers for his more than 300 clients in the last 20 years in at least 15 sectors.

His latest startup is Samcara which helps MBA students, mid-career professionals, retiring Armed Forces Officers in their career progression.

​

He can be seen on the golf course on weekends trying to maintain his single-digit handicap and adding to his golf trophies.
