Dr Aparajita Prasad is working as Director with PwC, which is the largest professional services network in the world and is considered one of the Big Four accounting firms. She is a renowned Corporate Leader and Subject Matter Expert with over 18 years of experience in Business Research and Strategy Consulting across the globe. Her experience spans across Strategy, Business Research, Analytics, and Consulting. She has led huge teams and headed large business units successfully.

Aparajita earlier worked with companies such as Accenture, TCS, Evalueserve, Heidrick and Struggles and later joined few Start-ups and contributed to their growth. She is also the co-founder of MetaConnect Consulting and an investor and mentor to start-ups. She

is on advisory board of many incubators and accelerators. She also takes leadership training sessions and is a well-known speaker and panelist at major events.

Aparajita holds a formidable reputation of adjusting in any environment and bringing out the best in the team. Her value addition has been recognized by her employers and teammates much sooner than most leaders. She aspires to help anyone and everyone who crosses her path.

Aparajita holds a Masters in Biotechnology from Bangalore University and MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. She is also a Certified NLP and Life Coach.
